How to Repair a DVD Shrink Program
DVD Shrink is a DVD ripping and compression program that provides the tools to rip video from a DVD and compress the footage into a smaller video file. If a virus infects your computer or files are deleted from your computer's registry, DVD Shrink may cease to work properly. The program is not native to any operating system and cannot be fixed using your computer's built-in tools. Reinstall DVD Shrink to repair your software.
Instructions
Step 1
Uninstall the copy of DVD Shrink that already is installed on your computer. To uninstall the DVD Shrink program, go to the "Start" menu, click "All Programs" to show the program list, scroll to the DVD Shrink folder, click the folder to open it, and click the "Uninstall DVD Shrink" option. Confirm that you want to uninstall the program when prompted, and DVD Shrink will be uninstalled from your system.
Step 2

Step 3
Go to the "Downloads" folder on your computer to find the DVD Shrink download link. Get to the "Downloads" folder by going to "Start," "Computer" and "Local Disk (C:)>Users," selecting your user name folder and clicking the "Downloads" folder.
Step 4
Double-click the "DVD Shrink" icon in the "Downloads" folder. Follow the steps provided on each screen of the program installation that comes up to install the working version of DVD Shrink onto your system.
